Registration fees
Attendee conference registration fees include:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Congress kit
- Coffee break and lunch as per the program
- Welcome cocktail (10th September 2025)
Attendee registration fees do not include social dinner, accommodation nor travel.
The social dinner cannot be purchased on-site.
Accompanying person registration fee includes:
- Welcome cocktail (10th September 2025)
- Social dinner (11st September 2025)
Registrations must proceed exclusively through ONLINE REGISTRATION (see buttons below).
To register for the conference, attendees must sign up onto the CFR Conference Portal to receive login credentials via email (to be kept for modifying or completing the registration or for future events).
CANCELLATION POLICY
In all cases, cancellations must be requested to the Organizing Secretariat via email (convegni@unife.it).
- If you cancel on or before 31 July 2025, 30% of the paid fee will be retained for administrative expenses. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the end of the event.
- If you cancel from 1 August 2025, no refund will be given.
- No refunds will be given for "no shows".
Refunds will be credited back according to the payment method used during registration.
For those who paid the registration fee by bank wire transfer, please include the following information in the cancellation email: First and Last Name of the account holder, Bank name and branch, Full address of the bank, Bank account number, IBAN (if applicable), and SWIFT code.
